We’re in the middle of something big, beautiful, and intentionally slow.
This new website is more than just a shop — it’s a fresh start for our products, our collections, and the purpose behind everything we create. Listings are being added one by one, with updated photos, refined pricing, and a whole lot of heart.
And yes — it’s taking a little longer, because it’s just me behind the scenes doing it all: photos, listings, packing, planning… every email, every product page, every tiny detail. It’s a one-woman show (for now), but it’s all unfolding with love and purpose.
You’ll see updates almost every other day as new collections drop and longtime favorites return.

Southern Buffalo Mercantile is a female-owned, family-supported shop rooted in creativity, healing, and handcrafted goodness.
What started as a distant dream has grown into a small-batch apothecary and soon to be cozy little collective of makers. Alongside our bath and body essentials, you’ll find handmade treasures through our Beamed Roots Studios line—featuring woodworking, laser-engraving, and more. (And coming soon: Faith’s Knit Creations, stitched with love by our daughter.)
We’re proud to be a small family-backed business—built on love, grit, and a whole lot of heart. As we grow, we look forward to welcoming more makers and kindred spirits into the mix.
